"Amazing location: relatively short and scenic walk to Villefranche-sur-Mer (beaches and lots of nice restaurants) or Beaulieu-sur-Mer (supermarkets and train station), also a good starting point for a walk to Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Spent a lot of time on the balcony having breakfast or dinner and enjoying the incredible view — there is a mirror there so that whichever way you face, you can see the view! Lots of other lovely decor touches in the flat, such as the lamp over the kitchen table. Overall cosy and comfortable, and quiet enough to get good sleep. Towels and bedlinen were available for extra cost. The host was friendly and gave us good instructions for checking in and out."

"Some facilities could be improved: 1) No kettle available, only a coffee machine; had to boil water in a pot to make tea 2) Curtains in the bedroom are relatively short and are difficult to fully close, so it becomes light in the morning very quickly 3) One of the socket extensions, in the living room, is wedged between a cupboard and a sofa so it is very hard to reach, might want to consider making it more accessible The flat is generally rather small, although this is normal for the area as I understand. Bedroom is rather small overall, so you need to plug in any devices either on the floor at the foot of the bed or in another room. Kitchen is also small with a tiny sink, so was sometimes difficult to use it properly."

"Mieszkanie jest dobrze wyposażone, posiada balkon a la taras na którym spędzaliśmy miło czas podziwiając widoki. Niedaleko jest do czystego morza , jak również do miasteczka Beaulieu gdzie są kawiarnie , restauracje i sklepy. W niedalekiej odległości spacerkiem można było dojść na Saint Jean Cap Ferrat - jest tam piękna ścieżka spacerowa nad samym morzem. Obiekt jest monitorowany , czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Przy lokalizacji mieszkania jest przystanek autobusowy. Bez problemów dojechaliśmy z Nicei. A w odległości ok 0,5Km jest pociąg , którym komfortowo można pojechać do Monako, jak również do Antibes, Cannes."

"Bedroom is small although the bed is a good size. Not lots of storage for clothes for an extended stay but as long as you’re easy going about that it’s not a big deal."
